The project consisted of a new inlet pumping station, trunk sanitary sewer and process and electrical upgrades for the Orangeville Water Pollution Control Plant. Careful planning, sequencing and coordination of construction activities including bypass pumping events and mechanical and electrical upgrades were critical to maintain facility operations and process flows. Bypass pumping and a temporary diesel generator were utilized as required to maintain facility processes and flows during construction.
